Dhunche (Rasuwa), 23 Oct 2014: The Upper Trishuli III ‘A’ Hydel Project constructed a five-room building of a primary school in Rasuwa district.
Inaugurating the building of Simle Primary School at Thulogaun-8, constructed at a cost of around Rs 2.5 million, Acting Director of the Project, Uttam Amatya, handed over the key of the building to the school administration, said School Principal, Chudamani Adhikari.
Similarly, construction works of buildings of Bhumedevi Secondary School, Saraswoti Lower Secondary and Chipleti Primary School have been moved ahead by reducing environmental impacts at project-affected and most-affected VDCs, said Deputy Manager at the Project, Ram Prasad Rimal.
He said roads, drinking water project, trekking routes and community building would be constructed at project-affected VDCs including Thulogaun, Ramche and Laharepauwa of Rasuwa and Manakamana VDC of Nuwakot district. Around Rs 100 million would be invested for the same, added Rimal.
