Growing up in our conventional society we are continuously asked a questions like, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” by our senior or some peers too. We were meant to answer what profession we will be belonging to, in our future for our existing. We used to come up with meteoric response like doctors, engineers, pilot and so on. If the concept on what we really want to do is clear, we can chase them easily.

So what is Career Planning? It is about chasing a profession and earning for our living. It’s basically about developing the leadership, transforming oneself to a better person and together going forward with a task for living too. And it’s not a one-step thing, it requires hard work and passion.
