Kathmandu,7 March 2015: The High- Level Administration Reform Implementation and Monitoring Committee is set to study the Administration Reform Advice 2070 BS and reports of various commissions formed earlier and execute them.

The Committee will sent recommendations to the government after studying the feasibility of the centers, provinces and the management of the employees of the local bodies and their size in connection to restructuring of the state.

The Committee formed under the chairmanship of the Administrative Court Chair Kashiraj Dahal comprises secretaries at the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, ministries of Finance, Local Development, General Administration, Law and National Planning Commission as its members.

The Chief of the Administration Division of the Ministry of General Administration is the member secretary on the Committee, which started work yesterday. The Committee is also authorized to recommend to the government ways to make the public administration people-oriented. It will recommend necessary amendments to the current Public Administration Act and the pertaining laws.

Dahal said the Committee would work to make the public administration efficient while monitoring its operation to make the implementation of the recommendation more effective.
