Baglung, May 27,2015: A youth have been arrested by a police for killing our national animal “cow”. Name of the youth is Sher Bahadur Darji, 27, of Binamare-9 of the district.
The suspect had killed his own cow on may 15, said District Police Office.
He was arrested next day by the police and after investigation was consign again to the District Court, Baglung pending further investigation.
As per the law of nepal killing the national animal is considered illegal
