June 3, 2015: Youths are said to participate in the reconstruction campaign by the Ministry of Youth and Sports as there is need of more volunteers.
In a notice published by the Ministry it is stated that the country needs more volunteers to support earthquake victims and distribute relief materials to carry out the reconstruction of the damaged structures.
The Ministry has said the volunteers to go to the quake affected areas to help them by reconstructing the damaged structure. They said the youths to work with Central Youth Volunteers Co-ordination.
The ministry said all to unite with the government as it has approved the Youth Volunteers Mobilization Work Procedure-2072. It was approved a few days ago to make volunteer work more effective.
As stated in the procedure youths, political parties, and volunteers associated with the national and international organizations are working on reconstructing the structures and distributing relief materials.
In the notice it is stated that “We appeal to all youth volunteers inside and outside the country to go to the districts that are hit hard and support in constructing the temporary structures of schools, health centers, and shelters for the quake victims”.
