Kathmandu, August 23, 2016: Newly appointed Sri Lankan Ambassador to Nepal WS Pereira said that Sri Lanka was interested in investing in the infrastructure and education sectors.

Ambassador Pereira said this during a programme organised by Nepal Chamber of Commerce in her honour in the capital city on Monday.

On the occasion, the newly-appointed Sri Lankan ambassador said she was always ready to expand the economic, social and cultural relations between Nepal and Sri Lanka. For expanding economic relations between the two countries, private sectors could play important role, she argued.
