Kathmandu, April 19, 2015: Nepal is to face Iran in the inaugural match of the Under-14 Girls’ Football Tournament that kicks off on Monday. The tournament is organized under the Asian Football Confederation.
The match would start at 1:00 pm at Tripureshwor based Dasharath Stadium, according to All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), the organizer.
A total of seven teams from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Iran, Maldives, India, Bhutan and Bangladesh would participate in the tournament. They have been divided into two groups including Nepal, Sri Lanka, Iran and Maldives in Group A while India, Bhutan, and Bangladesh are in Group B.
