Glocal After School has come up with a platform made specifically for the ones who have knowledge and expertise in certain field of course and are willing to serve as a “Trainer”. The main objective to build this platform is to connect skilled people with the ones who seek to get knowledge and skills certain area.
Becoming and Online Trainer for Glocal After School might be opportunity to share, learn and earn at the same time. Every time a trainer gives an online course, he/she gets paid right after the course. Glocal After School is trying to build a community of people who are interested in earning and sharing knowledge and skills.
Mr. Asish Thakur– Executive Director of Glocal Pvt, Ltd, states – The main motive behind initiating the idea of Becoming an Online Trainers is to exchange ideas, share knowledge and skills with others. We believe this platform will act as a stage to increase confidence, get motivated, enhance skills and develop self- worth. Online training has been an important aspect of learning in today’s life; focusing the thing we initiated this.
Interested candidates for online trainers need to organize a course that he/she can teach to other people. The teaching method can be anyway, just the fundamentals need to be right. Interactions between instructor and students will be conducted via an online medium Zoom.
