The ultimate aim of the fair is to encourage families to increase resilience and food security, such as nutrition-sensitive agriculture, market-driven livelihood skill, local market systems, climate smart behaviors, coping and stress management and linkages of behavior and practices for improving health and economic status of vulnerable communities.
The fair has especially targeted 1000 days’ mothers, youths, farmers, teachers, health workers, families, government stakeholders and community based groups.
The fair is also broadcasted live through a local FM station so that the message could travel further than the fair location.
