Kathmandu, December 21, 2016: ‘Gajalu’, a Nepali movie starring Anmol KC and Miss Nepal 2012 Shristi Shrestha has been released on YouTube. Shrestha’s debut movie had hit silver screens on June 10, 2016.
The movie depicts the life of living goddess Kumari after retirement, who figures a way out of traditional dogmas after meeting a group of friends and starts living an independent life then after.
Directed by Hemraj BC and Produced by Rohit Adhikari Films, the movie has been watched over 17 lakh times within 4 days of its release on the video sharing platform.
Along with KC and Shrestha, the movie features Gaurav Pahari, Salon Basnet, Menaka Pradhan and Gauri Malla among others.
