Kathmandu, August 31, 2018: On the occasion of National Education Day yesterday, 384 students are selected to be awarded with ‘Nepal Bidhyabhushan Padak’ and ‘Nepal Chaatraa Bidhyapadak’ this year. The medals are awarded to the outstanding students with both national and international degrees.
The Ministry of Education has recommended 231 students from different universities for Nepal Bidhyabhushan Padak ‘A’ , 118 post graduates for Nepal Bidhyabhushan Padak ‘B’ whereas 17 graduates for Nepal Bidhyabhushan Padak ‘C’. Likewise,1 student from the Secondary level and 17 graduates are selected for the Nepal Chaatraa Bidhyapadak. The concerned students need to report the higher education department of the Ministry of Education on September 6 from 11 to 3 pm.
