Entrepreneurship is the need of the present world. Entrepreneurship is the process of making decisions about obtaining and using the resources with an innovative idea while consequently admitting the risk of enterprise. We can also say that, Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won’t, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can’t. In recent years, entrepreneurship has been claimed as a major driver of economic growth in whole world. Entrepreneurship delivers economic growth and development in any society regardless of its current economic status.

Some people take entrepreneurship and business as same but entrepreneurship is different from business. They are different because in business we use an existing idea and there is less risk while, in entrepreneurship we use new innovative idea and take a lot of risk for example: idea of opening QFX, MC Donald was an entrepreneurial idea but the idea of opening a school, hotel, etc is a business idea. Entrepreneurial idea can be innovative for whole world or for a particular place. In business we can predict about consequences but in entrepreneurship it is very hard.

Entrepreneurs are those people who start and run enterprises with the innovative idea and a lot of risk. Being an entrepreneur is neither a part-time nor a full-time job it’s a life style. Entrepreneurs are leaders willing to take risk and exercise initiative, taking advantage of market opportunities by planning, organizing, and employing resources, often by innovating new or improving existing products. Successful entrepreneurs have the ability to lead a business in a positive direction by proper planning.

Anybody can be an entrepreneur who wants to be an entrepreneur. There is no rule or restriction to be an entrepreneur. Alexandra McDanie 10 year old child is the Owner and CEO of Kidwar, Jerome Oxman 96 year old man is the founder of Oxman’s Surplus. This shows that anybody can be an entrepreneur. You just need a good idea with some knowledge about what your idea is about. An entrepreneur can see beyond what normal people see. Usually Entrepreneur makes those things as an enterprise which actually is problem to us like utilizing waste materials as a source of electricity.

To be a good entrepreneur you should know about BSQ (think big start small and move quick). BSQ can be taken as the golden rule for an entrepreneur and is very much true because if you think small you are limited to that much and you cannot do more than that you must think big to became big, you must start small because it is easy to start with small and you may make many mistake and you must move quick because the world is moving very fast and if you don’t move fast than you may lose the race.

Unemployment is the global and major problem. Large no world population is unemployed. Due to unemployment lot of problem are arising day by day like problem of poverty, starvation, decrease in economic growth, etc. Among the things to solve this problem, one and highly reliable is entrepreneurship, because entrepreneurship can provide employment to lot of people for example: In 2012 MC Donald has 35,000 outlets in 119 countries which provide jobs to millions of people. If there has been no entrepreneurship than there will have been more problems.

In Nepal, where large numbers of people are unemployed entrepreneurship can be the very reliable and best mean to solve it. There are very few entrepreneurs in Nepal like Binod Chaudhary, Dinanath Bhandari, etc. because only few people know what entrepreneurship is and Nepalese people also fear to take risk. We need more entrepreneurs than at present for which promotion about entrepreneurship is needed. It will be very good if young people start entrepreneurship. There is very high possibility of entrepreneurship development in Nepal as it is a developing country with lot of resources. Some entrepreneurial idea which can be implement in Nepal are lunch delivery service from home to office, producing manure from compostable waste products, online food menu system for different days with recipes, introducing new gadgets, etc.

Entrepreneurship is the need of present world because it is useful to solve the major problem of the world i.e. unemployment. Entrepreneurship should be promoted throughout the world. In the developing country like Nepal entrepreneurship is the best way of development of the country. For this, mostly young people should start running enterprises.
