Kathmandu, December 14, 2018: The application for the 2019-20 Capital Fellows Programs is now open with the deadline of February 12, 2019. Any interested individual who is 20 years of age or older by September 1, 2019, and have a bachelor’s degree by September 1 of the fellowship year and either a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.5 or higher or a GPA of 2.5 or higher in the last 60 (semester) or 90 (quarter) units can apply.
Capital Fellows Programs are the nationally recognized public policy fellowships that offer unique experiences in policy-making and development in each branch of government. Each year, 18 Assembly Fellows, 18 Senate Fellows, 18 Executive Fellows and 10 Judicial Fellows actively contribute to the development and implementation of public policy in California.
