Kathmandu, January 18, 2018: The SET Council of St. Xavier’s College, Maitighar, Nepal is going to organize a ‘Fifth SXC Cycle Rally’ on 27 January, 2018.
The main theme of this year’s cycle rally is ‘Ride Against Cancer’. Since January and February are the months of cancer awareness, the cycle aims to aware people about cancer
The funds collected from the cycle rally will be donated to ‘Richa Bajimaya Memorial Foundation’. The foundation run by the SXC alumni batch 2001-2003, wills to commemorate the memory of their batchmate Richa Bajimaya who died of cancer.
Richa Bajimaya Memorial Foundation was incepted in the year 2007 as a tribute to Late Ms. Richa Bajimaya. Since the time of establishment, the foundation has been working in the field of cancer and its periphery to develop a positive attitude towards cancer and cancer patients.
