Youths from across the nation launch ‘Better Nepal’ campaign

Kathmandu, November 7, 2016: A total of 64 youth from different districts across the country have launched a ‘Better Nepal’ campaign. Youth studying and working abroad including in India, Japan, United States, Germany, and Australia have expressed solidarity to the campaign.

Under the campaign, the youth would utilise their skills, knowledge, art, time and income for the nation’s development.

To launch the movement, a recent gathering in Dhadingbeshi of Dhading issued the Dhading Declaration after an extensive discussion on the future plan and activities.

The youth from different professions including doctors, engineers, students, journalists, technicians, artists and social activists have been involved in the campaign. , the gathering named Ganesh Dhungana from Dhading district as the coordinator of the campaign.

The advisors to the campaign are Mahesh Paudyal, Neera Sharma and Ganesh Prasad Joshi.

Meanwhile, the campaign decided that it would focus on three themes of motivation and empowerment, information and technology, and culture and literature in the first year.
