Kathmandu, January 18, 2019: Indonesia was defeated by Nepal’s women cricket team by 92 runs which is the highest run difference win for Nepal. Nepal has succeeded to secure its place in the finals of Women’s-T20 Smash at Thailand.
Nepal had given an objective of 120 runs in its dispensed 20 overs at the loss of three wickets was the set objective of Nepal. Notwithstanding, Indonesia wavered to score and was wrapped for 27 keeps running in 11 overs. Sita Rana Magar scored 48 runs while Indu Burma scored 37 runs.
Skipper Rubina Chettri took three wickets while Kabita Kunwar, Neri Thapa, Sita Rana Magar, and Sarita Magar took one wicket each. Nepal will sit tight for the victor among UAE and Thailand for the championship.
