Kathmandu, August 21, 2017: Prithu Singh Thakuri, a 19-years-old entrepreneur, is one of the youngest CEOs in Nepal today, leading a WordPress online resource club- WPAII Club. Starting her journey as a content writer, today, she is an enthusiastic blogger who leads the club and also trains the freshers.
Thakuri had completed her secondary school from Tri-Devi English Boarding School, Kathmandu and +2 from V.S. Niketan with flying colors. But, she didn’t want to be bounded by mere academic achievements. That’s what led her to be an entrepreneur today.
Besides WPAII Club, she also writes for AccessPress Themes, 8 Degree Themes, and few other theme companies. She is exploring the possibility the content business in Nepal with great passion and determination.
Being part of WordPress Community Nepal, she also got a chance to be a speaker at WordCamp Kathmandu 2017.
“As I already had been a community speaker, I am also planning to involve in more community meet-ups and events where I will be sharing my ideas and thoughts to help and inspire others in this field,” Prithu shared to Glocal Khabar with great enthusiasm.
Despite the very less participation of women in WordPress community as compared to men, she believes that females are not less than anyone and thinks there are lots of things for females to explore in WordPress.
“I am an ambitious girl,” she revealed, “My passion for learning new things, continuous dedication towards my work, and trust of the company on me was the ladder to my success. Everything I have been and yet to be is all because of my courage to say ‘yes’ to both opportunities and challenges. I am a dreamer with a dream to succeed in whatever I do. That success is what will satisfy me. I hope I can inspire other my age to become an influential teenager.”
Young and ambitious Prithu wants to be the inspiration for many youngsters who want to do something remarkable in early age. “I want to prove them wrong who think that you need to finish your study and get a degree to do something impactful,” shared Prithu, who started her journey of being a tech entrepreneur at a very young age.
