Kathmandu, 19 October 2014: A special team of the Metropolitan Police Crime Control Division arrested two persons with four pieces of the red pands hide. Red panda is a protected wildlife.
Police arrested Sher Chhuwang Tamang of Rasuwa, Sitaram Rai alias Ramsharan of Nuwakot district from Machhapokhari, Kathmandu following a tip-off, on Sunday.
They have been handed over to the District Police Office, Kathmandu with the hides for necessary investigation, said police.
