Kathmandu, 3 Jan, 2014: To raise the awareness against child and women violence, peace rally was conducted by Lions Club in Kathmandu.
The rally was jointly organised by Lions Club Of Kathmandu Central Town, Lions Club of Kathmandu Golden Town, Leo Club of Peace Town, Lions Club of Kathmandu Everest Town, Leo Club of Kathmandu Central Town and Leo Club of Kathmandu Peace Town on 3rd Jan , 2014.
“Though we lsiten many stories where chold nad women become victim of violence. This rally was organised with a motive to aware society and be self aware of such crimes and to morally support the victims. We are intended to spread message that every concerned authority directly or indirectly practicing child and women violence should be aware to not practice and support crime.”, Lions Club of Kathmandu Central Town, Viyaja Shatyal stated.
District Governor, Bugol Sherchan, President of Lions Club of Kathmandu Central Town, Viyaja Shatyal, District Chief Advisor, Dhan Raj Acharya and 2nd VDG District, Bal Krishna Burlakoti also participated in the rally along with leo members and students form AJ Wild College.
