Kathmandu, 2nd February, 2015Â : Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Takehiko Nakao has arrived in Capital on a three-day visit. The visit by the ADB president is taking place on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of ADB Nepal Resident Mission (NRM) in the country.
Upon his arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, President Nakao was welcomed by Kathmandu-based ADB Country Director Kenichi Yokoyama, Senior officials of Ministry of Finance and ADB Nepal Resident Mission (NRM) here.
President Nakao is scheduled to call on Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, Finance Minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat and National Planning Commission’s Vice Chair Prof Dr Govinda Pokharel and discuss current economic and development issues, according to ADB NRM.
