Syangja, April 18, 2019: Gandaki Samajik Guthi of Kathmandu has donated books of worth 16 thousand rupees to the Chapakot campus- Chapakot Municipality on 4th of Baisakh.
As per the information was given by Damodar Gaire president of the organization, “ the given books include dictionaries, course books with various Novels and books related to Sanskrit. Till the date Gandaki Samajik Guthi of Kathmandu has provided books of worth Rs 32 lakhs 83 thousand 6 hundred and 33 rupees i.e. 32 lakhs 4 hundred and 62 books till date, he added.
Likewise, the principal of the campus, Mohan Prasad Acharya said that they will be establishing a library for the proper management of book for which they will need some more help to conduct a library.
This organization had firstly started their book donating program from the Gorkha Drabyashah Campus with 2561 books.
