Former Prime Minister Nepal Stressed The Need Of Promulgating A New Constitution

July 16, 2015: The need of promulgating a new constitution soon has been stressed by the CPN (UML) leader and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal. He Pointed up on holding local bodies’ election very soon after issuing the new constitution.

In order to collect the feed back for the new constitution Leader Nepal informed that lawmakers would go to their constituencies from July 17.

The volunteers’ campaign run by the party for reconstruction in the quake-hit areas won appreciation from the people, said leader Nepal speaking in the cadres’ felicitation programme organized by the party Lalitpur Constituency No 3.

Further, the budget 2072/73 BS was prepared only with the involvement of the Nepali Congress stated leader Nepal-Speaking in another context.

Similarly, the party Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel said that new government would form after promulgating the new constitution and pointed out the need of preparing volunteers to fight against the natural disasters.
