Kathmandu, September 17, 2018: Application for International Winter Course ‘Human Rights and Asia’ 2019 is now open with a deadline of October 12, 2018. Any postgraduate students, junior researchers, activists, lawyers and national and international civil servants demonstrating high interest in human rights and Asia are encouraged to apply. Only 20 participants will be fully funded for the course.
The International Winter Course ‘Human Rights and Asia’ is a two-week intensive course designed to promote the comprehensive understanding of issues related to the human rights in Asia.
