Dhading, Jan 30,2015: Minister for Forest and Soil Conservation Mahesh Acharya has said the nation would get a new constitution soon as the Constituent Assembly (CA) has forwarded the process for the constitution writing.Speaking at a press conference organized by Dhading Chapter of the Nepal Press Union, he said writing a constitution from the Constituent Assembly (CA) was also the agenda of the Unified CPN (Maoist) while expressing his confidence that all the partners of the People’s Movement II would participate in the constitution writing process.”None should create conflict in the society going against the public desire to write constitution from the CA, rather the partners of the people’s movement II should move ahead for the economic prosperity promulgating the new constitution soon,” Minister Acharya said.He claimed that CA Chairman Subas Nembang formed a Questionnaire Formulation Committee after the efforts for forging consensus were not possible. Still, the political parties could hold talks to forge political consensus and Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has been taking initiative for the same, he added.
