Siraha, April 9,2015: A youth of Michaiya municipality-5 have been arrested by police with an automated pistol.
Police Inspector at Area Police Office, Michaiya, Hari Khatiwada said that 20-year-old Sanjaya Mandal known to be Ghuska has been arrested with automated pistol and four rounds of bullet acting on a special tip off.
Khatiwada said that investigation into the case is underway. Adding the information that Mandal had already served two year jail-term on a rape case.
