Pathari, Sept 15: The Morang Police have arrested CK Raut and filed a public offence case against him.
Raut had conducted different campaigns demanding rights of disintegrating of Madhes from the country, said DSP Prabhu Prasad Dhakal. He was arrested on Saturday night.
