Achham, 18 Nov 2014: CPN (UML) Vice-chairman Bhim Rawal has said that the Seti-Mahakali would be an integrated province in the new federal setup.
At a programme in Mahendra Higher Secondary School, Bayalpata, in the district on Tuesday, Rawal said Seti and Mahakali region should be a single state to uplift the livelihood of the backward region.
The UML leader said that his party was committed to delivering a new constitution to the people as per its commitment but the UCPN (Maoist) and some other political parties are impending the process by raising the issue of ethnic federalism.
