Kathmandu, 14 July, 2017: SmartDoko, a new online shopping portal, has been launched in Kathmandu on Friday, offering a wide range of products.
Talking to Glocal Khabar after the formal launch, Subin Man Pradhan, General Manager of the company shared, “We understand the hassles and difficulties of our customers while travelling through long hours of traffic jams to shop their desired products. Thus, we wanted to bring a one click-solution for the people. With SmartDoko, our customers can enjoy a hassle-free purchase of products which is now just a click away from reaching to their doorsteps.”
SmartDoko features a variety of products suitable for high-end clients as well as normal clients. According to Pradhan, SmartDoko will have wide selection of goods and services at unbeatable prices, have prompt delivery with high level of responsiveness and reliability, integrated marketing communication and strong distribution channels.
In the beginning phase, SmartDoko is mainly focused on Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Dharan, Narayanghat and Pokhara markets. Pradhan further mentioned that they had started planning for SmartDoko one year ago, and received positive responses in its trial phase. They are planning to expand its services gradually.
“We have introduced point systems for our customers who buy our products. The customers will get back 1% of the total points they earn and this comes out as an incentive for them. Also, we have exclusive products some of which come directly from Korea like our ‘Tony Moly’ products. We also feature some exclusive gadgets and cosmetic products that are focal points of attraction for our customers,” shared Pradhan talking about what distinguishes SmartDoko from other online shopping destinations.
SmartDoko is offering 5% discount on every item from 14th-20th July and up to 50% discount on selected products for one month.
