Tokyo, 9 October: Nepalis living at Kyushu, the southernmost of the four main islands of Japan, have formed Tamang Society Fukuoka under the chairmanship of Bishnu Bahadur Tamang.
Hasta Tamang is the vice-chairman in the 13-member working committee while Saroj Tamang as treasurer and Sonam Lama as secretary. Surendra Ghising, Devendra Tamang, Dipesh Pakhrin, Prem Tamang, Lakpa Ghising, Bikram Ghising, Beg Tamang and Pema Tamang are the member of the Society.
After the formation of the Society, chairman Bishnu Bahadur said that initiatives would be taken for extending supports to the Nepalis living in Japan in time of difficulties.
