Kathmandu,9 Nov 2014: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bamdev Gautam has said that constitution would be promulgated on time by ending the political disputes.
Distributing certificate of English language and personality development training organized by the Orbit International Education to the traffic police personnel here today, Gautam said new constitution should be promulgated at any cost for lasting peace and political stability.
He said, “Those escaping the consensus bid are anti-people. People have wished for constitution. New constitution would be issued at any expense.”
The Home Minister said that traffic rules should be implemented firmly to make the road users disciplined.
Deputy Inspector General of Traffic Police Keshav Prasad Adhikari said the English language classes were given to the traffic police personnel to make them skilled.
Likewise, Executive Chief of Orbit International Sheshraj Bhattarai pledged to give continuity to such efforts.
During the programme, traffic police personnel Kopila Baniya and Jhalak Prasad Sharma said their level of confidence has increased from the language classes.
A total of 18 traffic police personnel were given instruction of English language in view of the upcoming 18th SAARC Summit.
