Biratnagar, September 15: Sunday night assets worth millions of rupees was destroyed by fire at Madhumalla in Morang district. District Police argued that property worth Rs. 300,000 was destroyed.
The house which was on fire was of Kedarnath Kathayat of Madhumalla VDC-7, the fire broke out as a result of LP Gas Leakage.
After an hour neighbours and police personnel brought the fire under control with the help of a fire engine. No casualties were reported.
