Pokhara, Aug. 27: The Kaski district court is to address the concern of its service recipients within a hour of their arrival for the same.
The court has begun a hassle-free service to its service recipients under the slogan â€˜quick and efficient service: our commitmentâ€™. All services like providing a copy, designation court case day, handover of authority, mediation, return of appeal, petition registration, written response and other activities, according to records keeper at the court Din Bandhu Baral.
The new service is expected to increase people faith towards the court and also facilitate the service recipients. The information room in the court has been made further effective to help with those in need.
A monthly report on the effectiveness of the service will be sent every month to the Secretariat of the Chief Justice, according to Baral.
