Taulihawa, 17 October 2014:Â Police here have arrested Tukmann Giri, 50, of Buddi-3, Kapilbastu on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. Â Giri was absconding after raping the girl since Sunday.
The Kapilbastu police arrested him today and is preparing to register a case of rape against him, said SP Manoj Yadav.
