Kathmandu, June 1: Nepali congress vice president Ramchandra Poudel meet Indian Ambassador Ranjit Rae this morning and discussed matters relating to the constitution writing, latest political scenario and post-earthquake reconstruction in the country.
Indian Ambassador Rae said that in rescue and relief operations carried out in the aftermath of the disaster that struck Nepal on April 25 India was ready to provide support in resettlement as well reconstruction of Nepal. Further NC Vice president Poudel quoted the Indian Ambassador that India is ready to provide technical, financial and material support to Nepal.
Similarly,Leader Poudel thanked India for its support in the post-quake rescue and relief operations and on the occasion, he shared that initiatives have been revived to forge consensus among political parties to promulgate the new constitution.
