Sarlahi, 23rd December,2014 : Minister for Commerce and Supplies Sunil Bahadur Thapa has said that a new constitution would be issued by January 22.
Talking to the media persons, at Hariwan of the district this morning, Minister Thapa said government was making its
maximum efforts to create convenient environment for constitution drafting process.
Indicating the past trends of the parties of reaching to a decision at the last hour to resolve the major issues, Minister Thapa said parties would forge consensus on the disputed issues to produce the new constitution on slated time as they were doing such decisions at the last hour in the past.
He urged the major party leaders to prioritize the nation rather than their respective parties in constitution drafting process.
