Kathmandu, September 8, 2016: The government has said that it is preparing to introduce a system that mandates taxi drivers in the Kathmandu Valley to provide bills to their passengers.
Addressing the House today, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said that the machines wlll be installed in all taxis operated in the Kathmandu valley within 6 months so that taxi passengers can get computerized bills.
Commuters traveling in taxi in the valley often complain of taxi drivers charging high fares.
