Kailali, 12th February, 2015 :  CPN (UML) Vice-chairman Bhim Rawal has said that a new constitution would be issued within the next few months. Speaking at a press meet organized by Press Union Kailali Chapter here this morning, leader Rawal said that the new constitution would be issued in near future as the process for the same has already begun.
However, he said that a new date for promulgating the new constitution would not be announced as it was announced earlier and not met.
Leader Rawal added that they would take ahead the constitution drafting process and dialogue with opposition parties simultaneously but so the opposition parties should be ready for that.
He further said that the opposition alliance is actually not ready for promulgating the new constitution on the basis of consensus. Speaking on a different note, leader Rawal said that the Prime Minister’s call for a dialogue was complete.
