Chitwan, 28 Dec 2014: Education Minister Chitralekha Yadav has said that the government is working to bring a new education act.
At a programme organized by District Education Office, Chitwan, Yadav said the new act would address the concerns raised by the teachers and urged the teachers to bear patience till the act was brought.
“The Education Regulations were revised by taking nod from the professional organizations of teachers. Revision in it was needed for quality education,” she said.
On the occasion, she said that the education given in the English medium has supported in quality enhancement of public school and pledged support for schools to run classes in the English medium.
