Kathmandu, 24 June, 2015Â :Â For the sustainable development of the hydropower sector, The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has agreed to provide around Rs 9 million grant.
An agreement has been signed by Joint-secretary at the Ministry Mahendraman Gurung and IFC Director Mary Porter Peschka, amid a programme organised at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment here today.
IFC’s Grant would help lessen the negative impact in the social and environment sectors through the development of hydropower sector.
