Balewa (Baglung), Sept 1: Youths unified themselves to activist against drug abuse.
Since, the district is lately growing up in consumption of tobacco substances and drugs while to reduce the problem youths have joined themselves hands in hand together.
Campaign named SAVE YOUTH CAMPAIGN is initiated in place to remove drug abuse. Also, the campaign is been initiated by youths, District Administration Office, District Police Office, government and non-government organization and community and private schools.
Chairperson Manish Rayamajhi of the campaign said they will generate the public awareness against consumption of tobacco and alcoholic substances.
It is also said that the SAVE YOUTH CAMPAIGN will be focusing and implementing the survey for preventing children below 18 of purchasing the tobacco and alcoholic substances said by the Assistant Chief district officer Kasi Raj Sharma.
