Dhading, Aug. 17: The Sanima Bank at Nilkantha Municipality-3 in Dhading district organised a free eye camp on the occasion of its 10th anniversary. On the occasion, 427 people underwent eye check-up in the camp.
Bank Manager Bishnulal Shrestha said that the eye patients were also provided with free medicines. The camp was organised with the technical support of Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and Community Eye Centre, Dhadingbesi.
In charge of Community Eye Centre, Dhadingbesi, Ram Singh Tamang, said that a total of seven people were found suffering from cataract in the camp and they have called the cataract patients to visit the Centre on September 19 for the surgery free of cost.
