Dhangadhi, 7th January, 2015 :Â Â The Akhanda Sudurpaschim Ekta Samaj, Public Mobilization Committee, has warned against dividing Kailali and Kanchanpur districts and merging them to other regions in the name of state restructuring.
Issuing a press statement today, Coordinator of the Samaj Gopal Deuja warned the parties concerned to take the responsibility of any
unwarranted situation resulting from such restructuring.
“We would like to recall the agreement signed with the government in the past,” the statement reads. Any efforts to split and merge the two Terai districts of the Far-western development region in any excuses would not be acceptable to the committee,” he added.
