Kathmandu, Aug. 26: Bagmati Higher Secondary School and the Central Region Transport Entrepreneurs’ Association have contributed to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund for the victims of natural disasters that hit the country recently.
The School provided Rs. 111,111 and the Association Rs. 100,000 to the Fund. School founder Surendra Sitaula handed the amount to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala amidst a programme in the PM’s residence Baluwatar Tuesday. Association President Devichandra Joshi handed a cheque of assistance amount to the PM Tuesday itself. PM Koirala pledged the maximum utilization of fund and its relief to the targeted groups.
