Fund Allocated For Road Construction

Kathmandu, June 22, 2015: According to Bimalendra Nidh Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Rs 30 billion has been allocated for the construction of road across the country by the Ministry.

He further added that the amount was for the purpose from the financial support provided by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his official visit to Nepal. Indian PM Modi had provided Rs 100 billion support to Nepal.

Likewise Minister Nidhi said, his visit was oriented to the development of Eastern zones.

Meanwhile talking in another context ,Minister Nidhi said that the Supreme Court’s decision has not crossed its jurisdiction therefore; it should not be brought in controversy.He further added that task of delineating borders and naming the new provinces could not be postponed in the name of issuing the new constitution following the fast track.

The delineating borders and naming the new provinces were the main issues of the new constitution therefore, it should be resolved from constituent assembly, said Minister Nidhi
