Rasuwa (Dhunche), Sept 30: The landslide-disrupted Langtang trekking route has opened, lately.
Many parts of this classic trekking route were damaged following the April 25 earthquake and landslide occurred right after it.
The routes stretching from Syafrubeshi to Khamjim, and Sherpa Gaun Riboche to Chyangjen have been repaired and now it is ready to receive the trekkers, according to Temba Lama, Chairperson of the Langtang Management and Reconstruction Committee.
The resumption of the disrupted road has also eased off the transportation of the daily consumables in the Langtang Valley, added Chairperson Lama.
It is shared that the Committee was gearing up to build hotels and motels in different places across the trekking route.
