May 12, 2015: The lightning that struck on Monday evening killed a person and injured other five in Nilkantha municipality-11.
As per the source, the lightning hit five persons when they were sitting together at a house.The one who died is Sushil Gurung of Nilkantha municipality-11, Sankosh Jhorle according to the police.Gurung who was seriously injured due to lightening breathed last no sooner he was rushed to the Dhading District Hospital.
Other who were injured are being treated in the district hospital.They are Kamala Gurung, Amrita Gurung, Pramisha Gurung, Shanti Thapa and Man Bahadur Gurung.
