Biratnagar, 4 April, 2015 :Â Minister for Information and Communications Dr Minendra Rijal has urged the opposition parties to sit for dialogue with positive thoughts.
Talking briefly to the journalists at Biratnagar Airport today Minister Dr Rijal said the political parties need to discuss inside the Constituent Assembly rather than making noise outside, to write constitution by forging political consensus.
He further said consensus should be forged on numerous agenda and the agendas which are not settled through political consensus must be settled through CA procedure.
Responding to journalists’ queries on the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Nepal’s decision to obstruct the CA meeting, he commented that none would surprise if the party that is against the current political change makes such decision.
