Palpa, 27 Oct 2014: Three government offices here have got lands to construct office buildings.
The District Technical Office, the District Traffic Office and the District Bureau of Statistics received six ropanis of land which earlier was under the name of the district office of the small and cottage industry.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on September 17 had decided to provide the land for these three offices, informed Assistant Chief District Officer, Niranjan Gyawali.
According to him, even the tender for the construction of the office buildings for District Technical Officer was opened and the process for tenders to the remaining two offices was going to begin.
Still, different government offices in the district as of land revenue and district development committee do not have their own land to construct building.
