Kathmandu, November 21, 2018: Application for World Summit on the Information Society Prizes 2019 (WSIS) is now open with the deadline of 30 November, 2018. Any stakeholders entity representing governments, private sector, international and regional institutions, civil society and academia is eligible to apply.
WSIS Prizes 2019 is an international contest to create an effective mechanism to evaluate and recognize individuals, governments, civil society, local, regional and international agencies, research institutions and private-sector companies for their contribution in implementing development-oriented strategies that leverage the power of ICT as an enabler of the development.
