Youths at We Inspire Nepal (WIN) believe INSANITY IS A SUPER SANITY.  It  is a youth led Personal and Leadership Development organisation that raises inspired, interpersonally skilled, aware and motivated human resource via unique designs, formulas, trainings, inspirational campaigns, motivational seminars and skill based projects to bring best out of a person and nurtures them with qualities that makes them a better human every day. And now it has come up with its amazing program Madness Marathon III.
Madness Marathon III is a student development 3 days package that aims to shine the true potentiality of student by taking them through rigorous process of Self exploration, Dream Strategizing Techniques followed by Confidence building race that challenges participants mental fitness, physical strength and develops great sense of self belief within them.
The race includes the philosophy of intra competition where participants compete with themselves, different tasks such as taking leadership or debating upon a issue with public, clues and surprises that makes the race even more interesting and insightful. The race lasts for few hours which is followed up by reflection to concretize their learning even further. Still 9 days are left for this time’s marathon.
one of the organizers at Madness Marathon Mr. Niraj Kafle expresses his view in this way : ‘It’s okay to think things in new ways, it’s good to explore possibilities and it’s best to make things happen. Madness Marathon taught me to look for possibilities and explore best in self’.
Similarly, another youth and the participant of previous Madness Marathon Mr. Manish Khatiwada says, “We all think of changing the world outside, where the most significant thing is to ignite world within ourselves. Madness Marathon was such kind of journey for me.â€
